the room was very clean and well presented i enjoyed the food in the restaurant they accommodated my large group well it was quite busy they really did a great job the staff was very friendly

excellent service relaxed setting
The front of House Manager addressed transport issues with excellent customer service.. He personally sorted a replacement and applied a discount. The bar is very well stocked and offers a comfortable, relaxed setting.

awesome stay!
huge selection amazing bar perfect spot
the breakfast had a HUGE selection. I was completely spoiled for choice. the bar was also amazing! i especially enjoyed the sun terrace. It was the perfect spot to relax after a long day.
the room did lack a mini bar, which would have been a nice addition.

The hotel sits at the top of a hill. this location provides lovely views of richmond park. i had such a amazing view. it is near the entrance to the beautiful park. Perfect for exploring nature!!!
